How do I update my RSVP? And by what date?Click here or any of the buttons that say "RSVP" on the site and it will bring you to the original form that you filled out. It will ask for your contact info again to locate your original RSVP. Then it will take you through each question again and override your original answers (but will not duplicate on our end). We are asking that you have these final responses in by February 14th. (And don't forget to get your significant other something nice for Valentine's Day!)

What attire should I pack for the wedding? We have 3 main events planned for the weekend that have "dress codes." For everything else, just think Italian meals and outdoor activities. Sunday, June 8 - Welcome Party: Italian Chic (Think dressy but relaxed.) Monday, June 9 - Wedding: Black Tie Optional We know this term can be confusing. (We had to confirm with ChatGPT.) For guys, a tux is cool but definitely not necessary. A nice suit with a tie or bowtie (if you are feeling fancy) or no tie with a nice blazer jacket (if you aren't feeling as fancy). For girls, a formal short or long dress. Just close your eyes, imagine an elegant Italian wedding and wear that! Tuesday, June 10 - Pool Party: Relaxed Beach Attire (We are just hanging by the pool.)

How much is this weekend extravaganza going to cost?We know this will not be cheap in any capacity but we are hoping to help out as much as possible. All we are asking is for you to pay for your flights and rooms and we will cover the rest (food, drinks, activities, spa, etc). We are essentially turning a regular villa/hotel into an all-inclusive resort. The rooms range from approximately $400 - $1000 per night. We are working with the venue to assign each of you rooms. So, please reach out to us if you would like to know a more exact amount for budgeting purposes. Cost saving options: Room Sharing: We plan to save the double rooms on property for people that are willing to share. So, please reach out to us if this is an option that interests you. Travel Elsewhere: Plan a trip for before and/or after (which we hope you do). This might not "save" money but it can at least stretch out the cost of the flights. Research Flights: There are plenty of less expensive flight options that include layovers or fly out of airports that may not be PHL.

Should we bring a gift / do you have a registry? We are aware that traveling across the globe gets quite pricey, so we do not have a registry nor do we expect anyone to bring gifts. As all of the other wedding websites said before us, "your presence is a present!"

How do I book everything? (Room, Transportation, Reservations, Activities, Spa, etc.)Once you update and submit your RSVP, an event coordinator from the venue will reach out via email to coordinate all of these things. All you need to do for now is book your flights and look out for that email in the coming months.

Why Italy? We will answer your question with another question: Why not? But also, for two main reasons: Our first big trip we took together was in Italy and it was magical. We figured this would be our only opportunity to convince our friends and family to travel halfway across the world - and we are very grateful for that opportunity.

Can we bring our kids?As much as we love all of our guests and their mini-mes this is a child-free weekend. (Cats are welcome)
